Appeals

Have you had planning permission refused? One of the options available to you is to appeal the Local Authorities decision.

The appeal process should only be used as a last resort. At PP&D we find that through negotiation with the Local Authority a positive outcome can usually be achieved on re-submissions of the original application.

However, should a favorable outcome not be achievable, PP&D have substantial experience of both planning and enforcement appeals.
